Avengers: Age Of Ultron is more than just an futuristic action movie, it basically contains every genre imaginable. It has science fiction, bits of romance, kick ass action sequences and a healthy dose of drama thrown in. I went to see it three times! There is so much going on, that watching it once just isn’t enough. Here are ten reasons to hop on your Quinjet and fly to the nearest cinema!

Awesome cast
Robert Downey Jr., Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo, Scarlett Johansson, Chris Evans, Jeremy Renner, Samuel L. Jackson and many more star in this fabulous sequel. For those of you who have seen Thor, Captain America, the Hulk and co. in behind the scenes clips and interviews will agree that this is one awesome group of people.

Paul Bettany as Jarvis/Vision
I’ve always had a soft spot for the English actor and he is just marvellous in Age Of Ultron. He has this compelling calmness over him in the role of Jarvis/Vision that makes him intriguing to watch.

Dazzling special effects
Especially because this movie is in 3D, the special effects are amazing! There is just so much to see and I can’t even begin to imagine the kind of work that goes into all the details. Compliments to the special effects guys and girls!

The action just keeps on coming
This movie is not only quite long, but the action sequences just keep on coming! It’s like a rollercoaster ride that goes on and on…. In a good way.

Elizabeth Olsen as the Scarlet Witch
I loved her character, her outfit, her moves in fight scenes… yes, this is my favourite character in the Avengers. Looking forward to seeing her as Wanda Maximoff/Scarlet Witch in the next instalment!

Sense of humor
Tony Stark complaining that Thor has no respect for lawn maintenance when he takes off with his hammer and leaves a mark on the grass, or the dry ‘yey!’ when he discovers a secret passage way, are examples of the witty sense of humor in the movie. Aaron Taylor-Johnson’s look when a policeman shoots him in the arm like ‘duuuude, what the?!’ or any time he’s annoying Jeremy Renner’s character Hawkeye is hilarious as well.

Impressive directing
The sheer size of this kind of movie with so many characters, sets and special effects must be quite daunting for any director. But Joss Whedon nails it every time!

Mark Ruffalo as Bruce Banner
Really curious to find out how things develop with the Hulk’s story line. Mark Ruffalo is the right man for this role, especially the way he plays Bruce Banner during his vulnerable moments. Excellent casting.

Motivation to work out
Almost everyone in Avengers – Age Of Ultron is in extremely good physical shape and it has inspired me to do a bit of exercise myself. Which is a good thing, I suppose.

Future movies
And luckily for the fans, there is plenty more to look forward to! The next Avengers movie is scheduled for 2018. I’m sure it’ll be worth the wait…
