Mission: Impossible 5 – Rogue Nation takes the term ‘action movie’ to a whole new level. It has all the right ingredients: over the top action sequences, high speed chases, Tom Cruise, suave suits, double agents and secret services… Oh my! What’s not to love? So you’d better infiltrate your way into the nearest cinema, because here are 5 reasons to go and see the fifth installment…

Tom Cruise
You can say what you want about Tom Cruise, but the man does not only know how to make a proper action film, he also does the most insane stunts himself and manages to look 35 years old, while he’s actually 53. I bet he is in better shape than most people my age (27), too!

Car chase through Morocco
My favourite part of the movie… Ethan Hunt (Tom Cruise) is still a bit shaken by the whole near-drowning ordeal a few minutes earlier, but steers his car through the streets of a Morrocan city in pursuit of Ilsa Faust (Rebecca Ferguson). Awesome stunts with motorcycles! Made me wonder how the heck the stuntmen survived this movie. Great job!

Simon Pegg
The English actor is hands down the most adorable and funny character in Mission Impossible 5. Also the one with the most facial expressions. (I’m looking at you Jeremy ‘looking rather bland’ Renner! Yet I’m still rather fond of you.)

Fight in Austrian opera
What’s more fun than dressing up and visiting a classical opera in Vienna? Having Tom Cruise fight a bad guy at considerable height above the stage, without anyone noticing of course. A James Bond worthy scene.

Happy ending
I won’t spoil anything, but all ends well and it looks like we’re in for Mission: Impossible 6 soon! Can’t wait to find out how they’re going to top this one!

What do you think of the movie? Let me know in the comments!
