After decades of songwriting, singing, producing and performing, The Hooters’ Eric Bazilian is still as active in the music industry as ever before. The 66-year-old Philadelphia native has created major hits with his own band, but also for dozens of other talented artists such as Joan Osborne (One of Us), Ricky Martin (Private Emotion), The Scorpions (The Best Is Yet To Come) and Amanda Marshall (Believe In You). In the summer of 2020 Eric is going on an extensive Hooters’ 40th anniversary tour through Germany, but he’s working on several music projects with different artists as well.

Mountaineer, climbing guide and engineer Neal Beidleman (58) joined forces with fellow climber Adrian Ballinger’s Alpenglow Expeditions for a two-peak expedition in the Himalayas. In May they managed to successfully climb both Cho Oyu (sixth tallest peak in the world) and Mount Everest in only 23 days. A time period with rapid highs and lows. Continue reading

It’s been a busy, but very rewarding time for Danish/English singer-songwriter Daniel Firth. The 23-year-old got to perform at the Eurovision Song Contest in Lisbon, Portugal this year with singer Rasmussen, representing Denmark with the peaceful viking song ‘Higher Ground’. Now Daniel gets to spend some time in the studio to record his own songs and he looks forward to performing on stage again with his fellow ‘vikings’.

It is rather uncommon for someone to be equally active as a stuntman and an actor, but Damian Mavis has plenty of experience in both professions. The Canadian was Bradley Cooper’s stunt double on The Hangover 2, played Tommy Lee Jones’s bodyguard in Mechanic: Resurrection and worked on the hit US TV series Supernatural and Arrow. Damian recently moved back to his native country after spending thirteen years working and living in Thailand, where he built a successful career as a stuntman and actor. Continue reading
